Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right, you must inform us (Turger Marketing & Advertisement, [Your Email Address]) of your decision to cancel by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
2. Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
3. Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for services if the Agency has fully performed the service and started the performance of the service only after the client has given express consent and acknowledged that they lose their right of cancellation upon full performance of the contract.
